#GivingTuesday is coming up soon, on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. But what is #GivingTuesday, you ask? Simply put, it’s a globally-recognized celebration of “giving back” at the start of the holiday season.
You fight the mall crowds on Black Friday. You “click-and-save” online on Cyber Monday. #GivingTuesday is your chance to join people all around the world in recognizing the important work done by organizations such as Silver Rescue.
Silver Rescue is proud to participate in #GivingTuesday. For the past 10 years, we have, with your help, achieved steady progress in our struggle to save animals from cruelty and pain, to rehabilitate them and find them good, loving homes.
We have a day for giving thanks. We have two days for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday: a global day dedicated to giving back. I hope you will take part in #GivingTuesday by Silver Rescue.
