CAPI was discovered as a tiny youngster, crying, alone and abandoned, on the grounds of the Tennessee State Capitol. We named him Capitol for that, Capi for short. He was barely the size of a hand. We thought growing up with other kittens would help his normal development so we put him with three orange girls about his age and hoped they would adopt him. Read more.
